DESCRIPCIÓ
The new Port Olímpic is now a reality, with over 20,000 m² of public space reclaimed for the city. The Mestral Pier, formerly a nightlife area, has been transformed into a large plaza of more than 8,000 m² featuring renewed landscaping and a wooden pergola, offering a comfortable seaside promenade. This new space is a key venue for cultural and community events.

The transformation has focused on creating spaces designed for public enjoyment, such as new plazas, viewpoints, and promenades with green areas and resting zones. The port has thus become more open and accessible, better connecting with Vila Olímpica and the beaches. Additionally, a new access point links the Gastronomic Balcony with Nova Icària Beach and the Dique de Recer promenade.
